Each Wednesday we have live music for Steak Night and again on Friday and Saturday nights. Every Friday we will have a show starting at 5pm and another at 8pm. There is never a cover charge. Introducing: Our Summer Cocktail Menu!
We are thrilled about the selections of summer cocktails we have available! Each is a dive into summer berries and spices with a refreshing kick! Our staff pick is The Bootlegger Punch that features Crown Blackberry Whiskey. If you are looking for spicy, give the Smokey Matador a try. Our Good Vibrations mocktail offers a delicious, handcrafted and non-alcoholic treat, made with Seedlip Spice 94 and local elderberry juice from Hartsburg, Missouri!

Dive Bar Whiskey Club
Monday, August 26th
The Dive Bar Whiskey Club happens each 4th Monday. You’ll be guided through tasting up to 5 different spirits, where you’ll get to learn from the experts on how they were made, how to best enjoy them and more. As well, you’ll get to develop your own taste profile and a 5-star buffet meal will be provided. New and seasoned bourbon enthusiasts are welcome. Get as close as you can to the Bourbon Trail at The Dive Bar Whiskey Club.

Wednesday Steak Night
Hand-cut ribeye steak, sous vide to a tender medium rare and served with our house made roasted garlic mashed potatoes and fresh green beans. All that for only $15.99 each! Available starting at 6pm. We have live music each Wednesday as well in August. Note that Wednesday, August 14th music will start a little earlier with Blake Gardner, and go a little later because The Burney Sisters are in town!
Como Song Swap
The next Como Song Swap is Tuesday, August 13th. The Como Song Swap was brought to life to offer new and seasoned musicians a place to showcase their original music, but not in a typical open mic setting. What makes The Como Song Swap unique is two musicians are paired together and they swap their songs on stage for one hour. There are three rounds of this during each show. Dive Bar has become the monthly home for The Como Song Swap, offering an oasis for musicians and fans alike. No two shows are ever the same. If you are looking for a listening room type experience in Columbia, Missouri, join us on the 2nd Tuesday of each month!

August at Dive Bar Live Music
Decadent Nation, Saturday August 3rd at 8pm
Decadent Nation’s brand of high energy, socio-political rock n’ roll has been quietly burning in the American underground music scene for years. Now, the band’s message is more relevant than ever. Having released multiple albums to critical acclaim and touring coast to coast, the band has found a new spark with a fresh lineup and the epic new Universal Music Group release Battleship Empire. With a new momentum, the band is looking to take the mantle once worn by such acts as System of a Down or Rage Against the Machine. Decadent Nation is the new musical voice of resistance and the message has been heard loud and clear as the band have been filling venues on recent tours. Whether it is their through-the-roof energy live performances or their meticulous musicianship, DN’s blues based, Alternative Rock sound is as infectiously catchy as it is powerful.

Big Fat Cow, August 23rd at 8pm
Stir together Eaglesesque harmonies, outlaw undertones, and the members’ individual inspirations and backgrounds and you get the cattle’s distinct sound. A country-inspired mix of rock, indie, and americana bold enough to get you dancing and heavy enough to have you feeling.
Too Much Rock said, “A band this good shouldn’t get saddled with a name this bad … you’re just going to have to tell your friends that you’re going to see Big Fat Cow, and wince while you do it.”

Each week at Dive Bar we host Steak Nights on Wednesday, with live music all of August. Thursday, we have bingo at 7pm. Friday & Saturday evenings we have live music. Saturday & Sunday brunch runs from 10am until 2pm. We are open every day of the week except Mondays for lunch and dinner.
