Wednesday Steak Night
Hand-cut ribeye steak, sous vide to a tender medium rare and served with our house made roasted garlic mashed potatoes and fresh green beans. All that for only $15.99 each! Available starting at 6pm. We have live music each Wednesday as well in July.
Como Song Swap
The next Como Song Swap is Tuesday, July 9th. The Como Song Swap was brought to life to offer new and seasoned musicians a place to showcase their original music, but not in a typical open mic setting. What makes The Como Song Swap unique is two musicians are paired together and they swap their songs on stage for one hour. There are three rounds of this during each show. Dive Bar has become the monthly home for The Como Song Swap, offering an oasis for musicians and fans alike. No two shows are ever the same. If you are looking for a listening room type experience in Columbia, Missouri, join us on the 2nd Tuesday of each month!

July at Dive Bar Live Music
Don’t miss out on July 5th with Joe Lewis! The sounds of the Delta and blues music were the forever background music Joe heard while growing up. So, it is no wonder that those sounds deeply influenced him as he picked up his first guitar at age ten and began to play. Many years of dedication to blues and gospel are now paying off, with some nice recognition along the way from Buddy Guy (the band regularly performs at Legend’s at Buddy’s invitation) and participation in the International Blues Challenge.
Forrest McCurren comes from the heart of the heartland: The Middle of Missouri. He writes songs for good people that got bad grades in school, wise waitresses, tattooed trailer parker lovers and heartbroken high school football standouts. See one of his videos below:
The Diddy Wah Daddies Saturday, July 13th 8-11pm
Laura Hickli – Saturday, July 20th
Laura Hickli (Mohkínstsis/Calgary) is an internationally touring art pop songstress known for her dreamy, tightly-arranged soundscapes, exquisite vocals, evocative lyrics and her emotionally powerful performances. A classically trained pianist and member in several award-winning musical projects including Carla J. Easton and 36?, Hickli’s latest material has struck a spellbinding balance of spectral intimacy and bombast explosivity.
Hickli just released her heavy-hitting second album ‘Both Feet In The World, At Least I Can Stand‘ through North Pole Records (MT). Exploring her departure from religion, this somber and experimental record features songs which she recorded at The Banff Centre For Arts and Creativity during her 2018 BMiR residency and is co-produced by Taylor Cochrane (36?). Described as ‘indomitable,’ Laura Hickli will shatter any expectations of the way a piano should be played, a voice should be lifted or a life should be lived.
Jonas Woodstock – Saturday, July 27th
Originating from the Midwestern big river city of Fort Madison, Iowa. Jonas Woodstock is an American beatnik Singer/Songwriter and multi-instrumentalist best known for his captivating one-man band act the GYPSY HIPPIE HILLBILLY DUDES ROADSIDE REVIVAL. Over the years he has developed his own distinctive style and vibrant sound which he identifies as “Appalachian Greendirt Folk Rock n Soul”. The foundation of his music has its roots in folk, early 50’s rock n roll, and psychedelic rock with infused touches of early country, blues, and bluegrass.
His songs of hardship and hope within darkness come from his array of experiences as a traveling, train hopping busker. Structure freed songs and deep poetic language-based lyrics are all influenced by the beatnik, folk, and stoic movements. He performs either as a solo acoustic act with guitar and harmonica or as a full one-man band act which features a twelve pedal foot percussion system, crafted by Farmer Foot Drums. His free-spirited performances make for a colorful, fun loving, foot stomping atmosphere that is full of raw emotions and artistry.
