Join the Dive Bar Whiskey Club

The Dive Bar Whiskey Club was created to showcase fine whiskeys, bourbons, scotches and more. We wanted to offer our customers an experience like no other, packed with information, food and of course, whiskey!

We gather each 4th Monday of the month, and you’ll need to purchase your tickets in advance to attend. You’ll receive your own Whiskey Flight booklet to take notes and an in depth look at some of our favorite spirits.

Our first event tasted 5 whiskeys: Tennessee, Kentucky Bourbon, Canadian Whiskey, Irish Whiskey, and a Scotch. All pours that had been chosen are designed to sip, but also not scare away a beginner!

Each month is a similar lineup where we will taste 5 different whiskeys. We will provide a buffet dinner, and the cost is $50 per person.

A Night Like No Other In Columbia, MO...

The bar will be open for only those who have signed up for the Whiskey Club event. At the end of the tasting, you will have the opportunity to purchase any of the whiskey’s that we try at a discounted price to be delivered later in the week. Spaces are limited each month, so don’t miss out.

Here are a few spirits we’ve explored in previous Whiskey Clubs… We like to try spirits from around the USA and the world. You can expect some familiar names and new ones.

The Dalmore 12

Initially matured in American white oak ex-bourbon casks, the Dalmore 12 yields soft vanilla and honey notes.

Breckenridge Bourbon Whiskey

This award-winning bourbon is aged for a minimum of 3 years in charred, new American oak barrels. then blended to reveal the unique qualities.

Glenfarclas Highland Single Malt Scotch Whiskey 10 Year

100% Oloroso sherry cask maturation, with gloriously smooth, yet with the depth and finish you would normally expect of a much older dram.

The Dive Bar Whiskey Club has become a tradition here at Dive Bar and we are thrilled to offer it on a monthly basis. You don’t need to be an expert to join, we always have a mix of seasoned professionals and newcomers. In fact, you do not need to be an expert to enjoy Whiskey Club. It’s whiskey, it’s enjoyable! The evening will provide a unique and delicious dinner. You’ll also get your own Whiskey Flight Booklet to take notes in. We’ll sip and discuss as a group, and you can choose to be a social as you like! In addition, you’ll get first access to purchase the bottles of what we taste, if you find you fall in love with one (or them all). This is a great evening for a date, with friends or with family.
